It all started when | decided to give up seed oils after discovering how harmful they were to my gut, skin, and overall health. And sadly, that meant tortilla chips too.

Frustrated that all the "healthy" chips tasted like cardboard and all the good chips made me feel ill, the only option left was to make some myself using natural ingredients | could buy at a farmers market instead of a chemistry supply company

Not only did they taste better than Tostitos, | still felt great after. And thus MASA-the first-ever tortilla chip made with organic corn and grass fed tallow—was born.
