Unlike modern kitchen appliances, the Molcajete's volcanic rock surface enhances the flavors and textures of your culinary creations naturally. It helps release essential oils and flavors from ingredients like herbs, spices, and chilies, resulting in richer and more complex flavors. Plus, the grinding action retains the nutritional value of your ingredients, ensuring you enjoy healthier, tastier meals.

The Journey Worth Running
Life Is Precious
Over the past four years, Jonathan has raised over $100,000 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA)—and it all started with a run and a hashtag.
In 2016, Jonathan’s mother passed away from ovarian cancer. Even though he does early research to help develop drugs to treat cancer, Jonathan wanted to do something more after her death to give back. As ovarian cancer research is very underfunded, he wanted to start a foundation.

Solid
I followed the seasoning instructions and then made my first batch of guacamole from scratch which turned out fantastic. This thing is heavy and will be a great addition to any kitchen. I’m excited to give homemade salsa a go next.

High Quality Product
Hello, I got my molcajete and got it cured right away. I make salsa every weekend and it's holds a lot. It looks beautiful wherever it's displayed, my husband and kids loved it. I would recommend it as great purchase, it's a must have. Thank you .

I'm Very Pleased
I am very pleased with my molcajete. It is a very solid mortar and pedestal. I already have it seasoned and I look forward to fixing salsa and guacamole with it. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to go “old school” with their cooking.
